The idea of this work on the Kelsh was to appropiate the pattern, to revisit it, to retranslate it.
So I played with it, by making literal searches on the check. Of this game the card game showed itself with the symbol of the diamond which was originally a 
« denier », a circle. The quadrature had found its circle.
The idea was to shake the check and to make it with circles through divisions, positions and rhythms.

Small anecdote : just like the weaved check, which can be transformed into hound’s-tooth, I also came to a derivative of hound’s-tooth pattern of this check suprisingly round.
